    I bought a nailite 9 watt uv lamp about 2.5 years ago. It is great. I have never had a problem with it. I am getting ready to purchase a 36 watt lamp and the new one they have looks good.

    The new lamp is really great. I love the tray that slides out so you can place the lamp over the feet to cure toes as well. It also has the 2 timers…so easy to use.

    Can’t wait to get this new light! I do have a question about the gels; what is the difference between the “colored gel polish” and the “soak-off colored gels”?? I have most of the soak-off gels, but I have never bought the colored gel polish. Also, I have had a little trouble with some of the soak-off colored gels becoming matte or NON-shiny after I remove the tacky residue at the end? I use 99% alcohol w/a cotton 2×2. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    The new 9 Watt lamp is really nice. The only difference is that one soaks off and one does not. If you are not getting a high shine, you may need to change your bulbs. This is what I would do first. If you email me your exact steps, I will be able to give you more information.
