Nailite’s Soak-Off Gel Toes
Nailite’s fresh new Soak Off Gels gently soak off in acetone in 1o minutes. These one step, self leveling nail gels can be used on sensitive skin, and are durable, flexible, and easy to use. The gels cure with a 9 watt UV lamp in two minutes and with a 6-watt UV lamp in three minutes.
1. Prep the natural nail and remove the shine. Dehydrate the nail removing any oils and dust particles. Apply a thin layer of Soak-Off Gel Polish. Cure for 90 seconds. Remove tacky residue and apply a second coat. Cure for 90 seconds. Apply High Gloss Tackless Sealer and cure for one to two minutes.
2. To remove, soak a cotton ball with acetone and place on nail.
3. Cover with foil and let sit for about five to eight minutes.
4. Gently remove the gel polish using a cuticle pusher.
5. Buff the nail and continue with pedicure procedures.

Hi, I have a question, I am in about to put an order of these colored gels. The soak off kind and i was reading the instructions it seems that after you apply one coat you clean the tacky residue and then apply another one? I’ve been working with gels and that seems very strange, aren’t you suppouse to leave the tacky residue if you want to apply another coat? at least that’s what I always do unless after cleaning I file off, I always knew gel doesnt like shine, so can you explain to me why these gels are diferent? Thanks

You can do it either way. It is up to you. We just find that a quick wipe with alcohol before applying the next coat of color gives a smooth, more even coverage. However, leaving the tacky residue is fine too!
I was wondering what if any difference is there when removing soak-off gel polish from Gel or acrylic enhancements. Will soaking damage the enhancement? Most of my clients have them but are very interested in soak-off gel polish. How does this work?
The process would be the same. The biggest difference would be that when you soak the colored gel polish off an acrylic nail, the acetone can damage the enhancement. Bear in mind that with a our Soak Off Colored Gel Polishes, they can be filed off as well. They are very versatile.
Hello,
The “High Gloss Tackless Sealer ” Is it a soak off gel too or a “classic” sealer gel ?
doesn’t it crackle?
Thanks
High Gloss Tackless Sealer does not soak off. It must be filed off. It will crackle if applied too thick. When applied in a thin, even layer, it will cure in about 2 minutes in a 9 Watt lamp and leave a high shine with no tacky residue that will last for weeks! The trick is thin layers!!
